(Paper entries will ONLY be accepted if submitted
after the entry deadline with the late fee enclosed.)

A USFS test session will be offered prior to the start of the competition. The test entry form is attached to this announcement. Please make checks payable to Tampa Bay Skating Club and mail it with the completed form to:
